Very disappointing stay. No AC, no TV, no air freshener, and the lift was out of service. No phone to contact reception, and the bathroom didn’t even have a mug. Basic amenities were missing, hygiene was poor, and overall quality was extremely low. Not worth the money at all — avoid this hotel.”

Dirty rooms, even b rooming is also not done, rooms bed is also dirty, morning breakfast is not available, communication is very poor. Full hotel lots of smell

Had a wonderful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel it was quite different. We didn't check-in after seeing the condition of the room. There was quite a bad smell on the entire corridor and also not cleaned. There were mosquitoes. And very few customers. Staff was not providing service properly.

It was a horrible booking with this hotel. I strongly recommend that do not book this hotel since the entire property is mess, just check the attached pictures. I was booked 2 rooms and only one room I got and other rooms confirmation not came from booking consultancy to property. Moreover, I had vacatted the allocated room within 2 hours due to multiple hygiene concerns. NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND FOR STAY.

The place was very uncomfortable. With the room it was very bad, there is no subject of cleanliness at all. And its better if we don’t talk about bathroom. There were condoms flying in the room over the walls.
