Firstly, the bed was made with a used bedsheet that was clearly not washed, and noticeable stains were visible on it, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. Secondly, the washroom was not well-maintained — the tap was leaking continuously, creating inconvenience. Additionally, the air conditioning system was not functioning properly; it was not cooling effectively, and water was leaking from the unit, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Considering these issues, the overall condition of the room was extremely poor and did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness and comfort expected.
