very bad experience.. Food was very Pathetic.. Arrogant kitchen staff. And also the room service boy very lethargic. He was entering the room like he owns the room. Totally very bad service and extremely bad food and no cleanliness..

Food is too costly & service was very very delayed. The washroom tap wasn't working & the washroom was too small as per hotel tariff. The location of the hotel is good.

While the room had a functional ac - a. The linens were dirty b. The curtain was broken, such that when i slid the curtain to close, the curtain slid from the rod and came into my hands c. Wifi was patchy in the room d. Key highlight - i was welcomed with the presence of multiple cockroaches in the bedroom and slightly bigger ones while taking a shower in the bathroom e. Breakfast, surprisingly opens at 8. 30 am (one would expect service to start at 7. 30 am) - as i had a checkout at 8. 00 am, i requested if one banana or an apple can be brought from the kitchen. The response was that the kitchen shutter is down, and the person will only come at 8. 30 am. And open it. And btw, we don't keep fruits. Overall recommendation - you can pass this property.

Most pathetic hotel i have stayed ever in my life so far. Worst hospitality, worst service provided, too many mosquitoes, no cleanliness at all and extremely unhygienic. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel ever. They don’t even clear off the dustbins and because of which entire room had mosquitoes. Despite asking to clean and provide mosquito repellent, the front desk staff didn’t do anything about it. Food quality was below average and tea was cold in morning.

Stayed for a day. It was really a peaceful experience as the name stands for. Staff is very good and supportive.

At first a smaller room given, not the booked one. On enquiring they said it was the right room. Only after showing the list, the room was changed(delay. Rooms are good, bathroom is not up to the mark. Service is poor, complementary tea/coffee sachet insufficient. Breakfast options limited, not the usual complementary breakfast spread. Management seems to be more interested in the restaurant than the boarding facility.

Booked a suite room and later on informed that they don't have that available. No sorry and no refund
