1) the room was clean but we found a cockroach in the room. 2) the toilet door was not able to lock it remains open. 3) the room was small but ok compared to the room change. 4) for late check out they charge full one day rent but on rate card they mention 24 hrs check and check out. My booking was confirmed but they refused to give me room. They said that i cancel-led my booking. The receptionist behave rudely. At last i called makemy trip help line, he pressured hotel owner. Finnaly hotel owner arranged a room in another hotel far from booking hotel.
