location was very good but charged more by MMT, there is no restaurant of hotel ambassador, hotel service was good, lift was in good condition.

The room was not ready when we reached, everywhere in the room naphthalene balls and our kids were touching it all the time. Beds had bed bugs and when we complained they sprayed some pesticides and whole night boz of the smell we were not able to slp. Tv's were not working. We had a very miserable experience at the hotel with the family.

The worst hotel i ve ever stayed in my life. Very unclean and full of bed bug. Night was terrible. After dark bugs came out for sucking blood. I killed at-least 20-25 bugs full with blood.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is centrally located close to paradise hotel and paradise metro station. Hotel does not serve food and breakfast but there are many hotels available near it for food. Service was good. We booked 2 rooms. The bathroom of one room having problem of water discharge.
