it was in terms of staff but the main problem is room was very small taking 1000 rs for non AC and for AC extra 400rs

In budget it ok room has no tv and full of smoke smell

1) the room was clean but we found a cockroach in the room. 2) the toilet door was not able to lock it remains open. 3) the room was small but ok compared to the room change. 4) for late check out they charge full one day rent but on rate card they mention 24 hrs check and check out. 1. Management not good 2. Service boy service very bad with attitude 3. Not available tv, not working, after intimation also not responding 4. No locks for bathrooms 5. Room service/land line number not working etc.

shown that an extra bed would be provided which was not the case. The arrangements were not as promised.

Best for travel, it near the railway station

My booking was confirmed but they refused to give me room. They said that i cancel-led my booking. The receptionist behave rudely. At last i called makemy trip help line, he pressured hotel owner. Finnaly hotel owner arranged a room in another hotel far from booking hotel.

Bad hotel and null response from make my trip regarding hotel when we reach at hotel there is no water in hotel bathroom and not cleaned rooms and all are bad
