Excellent Stay – Great Food and Service

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to access. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which had a lot of variety. The staff were polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, the amenities and services provided were excellent. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again.

asked for towel abd waited and waited but no one came. the hotel receptionist while was courteas but a lot needs to be done. the parking was a major issue and thankfuly got sorted as basement parking was on jold due to carperntwe work going on. so if you have a car be advised.

Cockroaches are everywhere in the room, bed, toilet! no concern even after informed. Shower was leaking!. They did not even clean the bed like change bed sheets. I generally expect very minimal still faced the worse : room number @204

The service is bad. There was no towel provided for the first day. The phone was not working as well. Even though it is a pretty new property, i don't think it is maintained that well. The elevator was also not operational at times. The location of the hotel is good. So it's ideal for transit i would say. For the cost, i think the hotel could do much better.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Very very bad service & amenities

The stay was unpleasant, no basic amenities were provided. Towel, water bottle, coffee, milk powder, and even toilet paper was requested to send to my room. Where the other room booked was denied saying there are no more towels to provide. 12 pm was check-in time but till 1:45pm we dint get our suite rooms booked. No ironing board nor iron, when asked to provide they sent a non-working iron to the room.
