Poor Stay

They say guaranteed early check-in and late checkout ..but which is not the case. They denied check-in even after i called them and confirmation for 1 hour early check-in which is 11 AM and standard check-in is 12 PM. But i went there at 11:30 but they said their standard check-in time is 12 PM and i have to wait. I told them about the confirmation over phone even then they said the rooms are not ready and can check-in only after 12 PM. Why do you list these hotels mentioned guaranteed early check-in and late checkout when they cannot do it?

The place is about 5 km from madhapur alighting point from the bus.took a rick to the place.Happy to find a clean place.Rooms spic and span.Sheets white and clean. Staff helpful.Overall stay was the best part.
