It was pleasant stay. This was my third time in same hotel. Staff is very polite. Location is also walkable from nexus mallkphb

The stay was pathetic. For the amount they charged me was not worth. There is no proper maintenance of anything. All things have become very old. Bathroom doors don’t get open, tv remote does not have battery cells, phone provided in the room does not work.

Excellent staying experience from the hotel and good support round the clock. Rooms were more spacious with a balcony, safe locker and nicely crafted cupboard.

Up to value paid. Room interior safety - no latches in balcony door, glass window etc puts security risk as these can be opened from outside. Also leads to leakage of air conditioning. Location is good.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! the service was terrible, the rooms were overpriced and not worth the money, and the breakfast was horrible. Overall, a disappointing and regrettable stay.

Difficult to locate. Sign board not visible. Food was average. Bed linen quality is average. Quality audit has to be conducted at regular intervals. Pics in your site not resemble inside the rooms. Plastics bottles were used to provide drinking water. It's not worth

I was searching for "hotels in kukatpally" and this showed up in results. I didn't notice that it is a service apartment. Rs. 3, 150- is too high for this property. Of course, property is okay.

This property has pretty good amenities. And the service is very impressive. The food is delicious and one of the tastiest i ever had.

The staff at the hotel where arogent, instead of having our booking with the make my trip they refused to give the room we have to request alot for the room. This type of arogentness with the customer was really shameful
