Good behaviour staff, neat and clean

Cleanliness out side hotel is worst it was very wet and we cannot stepin because of rain water

"There was no electricity at night. I had to remind them multiple times to provide drinking water. The fan switch was faulty, and the AC wasn't working properly - it made a sound every 5 minutes. Additionally, there was a water leak in the washroom. I spent 4 days there but was unhappy with the service. They also came to check the room at 1:00 am, which was unnecessary and disrupted my sleep. It was quite frustrating."

There was no electricity ⚡️ at night. And Have to tell them more and more times for drinking water, there was problem with fan switch, Ac was not working properly it makes sound in every 5 minutes, and water licking in washroom. I spent 4 days there but not happy with the service and also they came at 1:00 am to check the room. I don’t know why. Such a shame, I was in deep sleep at that night.

Booked a room for 3 people, got very small room with extra mattress just lying on the floor blocking the way to washroom.

Location is good within a walking distance from Secunderabad Railway station. The street to the hotel is a mud road and became marshy due to rains. The room I stayed in isn't well maintained and had not so pleasant smell. I had to use room freshner multiple times.

Bed sheet is not clean, after request also not change in bed sheet, room is not hygienic. Behavior of hotel staff is un professional. Drinking water also not provide. Horrible experiences. Amenities are horrible, unclean. Service: they ask trips for any Services.

Total clinginess is up to the mark, staff is co-operative, Towel and bedsheets are not washed and clean.

No clean sheets and no clean room. No spoons or plates at the hotel. It was not a good couple of days as the room was not maintained properly

There was no water bottle, no guest amenities, no hot water, nothing was there. Along with that poor hygiene and bad smell was there. I don't understand why this hotel has good rating

The stay was good and the food was great we enjoyed and relaxed at the night.

What was told in the hotel was not provided the WiFi and even the behaviour of manager was very rude like unwelcoming

Overall good

We visited as a family with kids and stayed for 4 days. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were polite and helped us whenever needed. The location is close to railway station. Swiggy and instamart delivery is quick to the hotel location and we used it frequently. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend

Overall experience of ambience, staff, cleanliness was good at this stay. power back up was also available

Not clean, receptionist doesn't care. No proper basic facilities. Towels were not clean. Floor was full of dust
