Decent hotel and very near to the US embassy. The rooms are very clean and neat. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a 5 ⭐️ for the rooms - neat and clean. The property is next door to the US consulate -super convenient to just walk. The hotel didn’t have a restaurant and thats the only flaw. We had to rely on online food delivery services during our stay. Wifi / cell internet wasn’t working inside the room-

First I was made to wait for 30 mins after check in time. The bell boy took me and opened a room which was already occupied. We went to another room where I settled in and 20 mins later got another call from reception saying the room was booked and to move to another room. Finally when I settled in my third room, the flush water overflowed outside everytime you flushed. Inspite of complaining the next day at 8.30 am and requesting for Housekeeping, we came back at 10pm only to see neither the flush was repaired nor room was cleaned. No fresh towels no water bottles. Wifi was promised but did not work. Mobile data signal did not work inside the room. Main lift wasn't working and guests had to use service lift. No proper room service as the bell boys only were the Housekeeping staff and refused to clean the washroom. All in all a terrible experience and will never ever book my stay here.
