It was really good with all amenities and well management ,easy to find the location which is near road side and services is excellent

Rooms are not like as per show in the app. Booking time is showing including breakfast but there are no live kitchens available at the hotel and the receptionist does not agree to provide any breakfast. Stay was pathetic.. walls had stains of spitting. Washroom was too bad.. it was not clean.. bed sheet, top sheet was also very bad.. poor stay ever.. Staff had no answer in response to raise the query. landline phone of the room was not working.. lock was broken.. I never recommend.. complete waste of money.. unbearable smell was there in the room.. uncountable mosquito.. I my expressing even less than half of what bad I have experienced.. Seriously.. Way too bad

Hotel was good, but i have booked with breakfast, but hotel denied for breakfast as they don't have kitchen in hotel.

There was no floor mat outside bathroom, No hot water, no glass to drink water. Bed experience. I don't recommend this property

Rooms were terrible. Chair, wardrobe, towels etc were not provided. There's not even a hanger to hang clothes. the hotel doesn't even have a kitchen.

It is small room just enough. No free break fast available. Good help desk. They allowed us to check in at 11:15 am itself.

I recently stayed at Casa Grand Hotel and would rate the experience as fairly average. The room was clean and adequately furnished, but the bed was notably small and uncomfortable, which made for less-than-ideal sleep quality. The amenities provided were basic, and the overall ambiance was just okay. Overall, Casa Grand Hotel is a decent place if you’re not expecting too much, but the small bed and the reception staff's behavior need improvement.
