This property is in a prime location and accessible to all major food joints. Housr is also providing food options like breakfast and dinner. Food is also ok. Coming to the facilities, the workstation step is good to work.

I had an excellent stay at Housr 38 Kondapur, Rooms were clean HK was at top notch. food Quality was also fabulous. Big shout out to Manager Ankeet ji and Subek ji for warm welcome and Excellent service provided during my stay.

We booked a room and honestly speaking the property was very easy to locate. The manager Ankeet Ji was courteous and kind while welcoming us. The rooms were beautifully done and maintained well similar to good premium hotels. The amenities they provide was of good quality. Overall a wonderful experience.

Good rooms very quite It was a overall good. I did not feel any issue there except bedsheets were dirty . It was quite near to the Masjid Banda signal. I found room a little small, but overall everything is fine. They can keep bedsheets clean

I had a great stay at Housr 38 in Hyderabad. The property is well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The community vibe at Housr is definitely a highlight – it's a great place to meet like-minded people while still having your own space when needed. The common areas, especially the lounge and co-working spaces, were a big plus for productivity and relaxation.

Not recommended for family , mentioned amenities not available at property, no housekeeping

I tried to call owner number provided in MMT application for early check in, nobody pick call, called customer care they advice visit personally, reached there directly but no staff available, except watchman he called another number(not provided in mmt) give keys, the room is terrible, i asked for bedding and house keeping. watchman said the staff comes after 8am and till 10pm after that nobody will be available. We waited till 9am , there is no staff and no reception. Also there is no attached common living area and kitchen, its in another floor (terrace) , overall this is not proper homestay, and there will be no staff to respond.finally we left the room 9.30am, found very uncomfortable for family stay
