Poorly maintained. I booked a suite still there was no coffee table. I got two unnecessary call in the middle of my sleep. One in the midnight and one early morning.

Location is good. staff is supportive. Food is good but bit costly. Room does have small balcony but no window. They clean room everday. Overall pleasant stay.

I have always enjoyed my stay at this property. The convenience and comfort it offers, added to the great staff team, is really commendable.

Washrooms are poor. we expect it to be better. Seriously feedback should be reviewed. Otherwise it will be of no use.

AC was not switched on by management even after multiple requests, room was to completely packed so no air to even breathe

Location is Good and commutable from IT offices in Hi Tech City. Food is good and tasty. It has basic Amenities but worth the price. Its quite economical and I recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay. I have stayed here previously over the last few years, and can confidently say their service quality has not degraded.

This hotel is very good and economical and have all the basic facilities in the room. Some improvements: 1) can have better lighting in the washroom 2) only one lift is functional. 3) there is no AC in reception area. 4) food service stops at 10:30 PM .. it should be served till 1 AM

Rooms are very small. Food is so so. Tv is always an issue. Rest is ok

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The amenities were good, though there’s some room for improvement. Overall, a great experience—I'd definitely consider staying here again. Rated 4 out of 5.

amazing! I stayed at Istay hotel for one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming. The room was clean and well-appointed with comfortable bedding, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The bathroom was modern and tidy, with good water pressure in the shower.

Very pathetic stay, rude staff and pathetic rooms. Please don't go on the pictures, reality is very different. 1.) 1 lift, you have to wait for the lift. 2.) They won't give ur cutlery if you get good from outside. 3.) Parking is two floors down and the lift doesn't go till there. 4.) Cleanliness is pathetic, our used cutlery was outside our room for 2 days. 5.) The location is very far from tourist places. 7.) The bed is too small.
