Review Of Casa Hotels and Suites

Hotel is good. But service is not good. Cleanliness of glass cup is not good. Lot of dust found. Restaurant response is not good when asked for plates and water to room.

Overall good experience with this hotel, food served in the breakfast is good with variety of items. Major advantage is this is very close by to the US Embassy just a 5 min walk. Overall good experience and value for money.

We booked double room, but we found only one toothbrush in the bathroom. They could have kept two. Flush in the toilet was not working properly. Complementary breakfast was very good. My only suggestion is to keep vegetarian and non vegetarian foods separately, so that no one will be embarrassed.

good location. well maintained and good ambience. 2 rooms were allocated to me . in one shower was not working and in the second flush was not working. Hotel should double check on this prior to allocation. otherwise stay was good

The rooms were quite spacious and clean and the food too was great in the restaurant. Enjoyed the stay.

most rooms don't have a window it's a dead wall, It felt like I was locked up but close to American consulate

Done advance payment for my Lunch/Dinner along with my room booking. I had checked in at 2.30 pm, I did not have Lunch. I was outside for dinner, thinking that I can have lunch the next day. When I went to have my Lunch, the Casa Hotel management did not permit me and my wife and finally I had to pay the actual bill. This is purely, and they should have refunded the advance money which I paid, which they refused.

Bathroom were not clean and tidy. No free water for additional bottles. Breakfast was terrible, no veg options. Staff was not cooperative

The location is quite good, but the food & facilities could have been better!The staff, especially at the restaurant and reception (morning shift), were courteous!Strangely, no guests were allowed🙄

There were bed bugs in the room, we informed reception about it, they changed our room immediately but still that was in our mind till the time we were there. The room was nicely cleaned and spacious. In the toilet, they have provided a tooth kit and shaving kit, but there were no napkins and mat. Bathroom design was such that, if someone showers the whole bathroom will be wet and flooring is a little bit slippery when wet. The restaurant experience is also not good.

Food is below average...room service is fine...but the hotel is average
