Very bad experience. I was booked. At the time of check in there the receptionist asked for an extra amount of 1000 for the ac room. The room was very dirty. No wifi no water even the bathroom was full and dirty with lizards. And insects.

Manager at hotel earlier denied the booking stating low tariff. later, when contacted OYO , tried to negotiate a lesser quality room with no facilities as mentioned while booking

The manager very rude, no soap or shampoo provided. No aircon remote in the room. They are unable to find the my booking and forcing me to take another room.

He took extra rs500

Hotel owner denied my booking first, he told me that couldn't pay the charges to them that we have booked already. However, at the time of check in owner depending extra payment because the showed payment if much lower than their tarrif list

After doing the booking and make advance online payment. Receptionist is asking for the additional rs 500 by saying that they don't hv available rooms. Also room is so small and any facilities like drinking water, tv, hygiene issue.

One of the worst stay i had in any hotel service not good no responsibility and more shocking the room provided by u guys is not available in their hotel. Very worst stay sir. Don't send any other to that hotel

Receptionist made to stand for an hour and the room displayed in app and actual was very different and not hygienic to be worth for a penny.

Horrible experience. What is shown in the description does not match with the actual condition of the room. We booked for 3 people & they given us for 2 people. Extra bed was also not given. Hotel manager is so rude. We did not even stay at the hotel. Please don't book at this hotel. They are cheating

Very good room and stap experience

No soap, sanitizer and no lights in bathroom, also manager was very rude he charged us 200 extra for no reason. No drinking water and bathroom was full of foul smelling insects. Even room were not sanitized

It was good value for money but the jet spray in the washroom was broken and bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Hotel staff behavior is very bad and obviously food quality is worthless and services bad, all over the hotel service and food quality is a big zero.
