The hotel we very badly maintained, there were no windows inside the room or even inside the bathroom, the bathroom was very small and dirty, could hardly stand in there......no clean towels provided and the bathroom didn't have shampoo or soap, even the location is confusing.

Food nothing they provided. When i booked it had mentioned including breakfast but they did not provide it nor arranged from out near by there is no hotel for breakfast Secondly no friendly environment , the reception guy is not at all cooperative , rude. No parking facility 👎🏼

Stay was good , but room cleaning happened only 1 day , rest of the day cleaning staff denied to clean and also during checkout we have complementary check-out for two extra hours from standard time i.e 11 Am , he denied for two hours and asked to check out before 12 pm, Also there was no complementary breakfast in the morning.

Bathroom wasn't clean, commode seat and water spray was broken. Though the app mentioned "Complementary breakfast is available it wasn't provided saying restaurant is closed". No complementary water bottles provided moreover the hotel charged me 30 RS each for bottle. Towels weren't provided.
