On the checking time we have to wait in the reception for a long time because there was no body in the reception. Then the Property can't provide me the room. Asper their conversation there is no vacant room in the property. They provide us a store room type room. And the Cherry on the icecream was someone was already using that room. His shoes and belongings was already kept in the room.

One of the worst experience of my life in make my trip. I booked the travel fully paid two weeks in advance. During the travel i called the hotel owner to inform him about my arrival. He said he don't have any booking. Then i called the make my trip customer care. They checked and confirmed me that everything is fine. When i reached the hotel i faced same situation, hotel owner denying my booking. I again called customer care. Nothing happened, finally i had to pay cash to the same hotel to stay there. I had to pay 300 more per night for the same. This is really sad when i booked everything 2 weeks before and paid the entire amount, i had to face such scenario.

don't book this hotel. the ignore payment. then take total offline charge. service is absolutely bad. because we have already paid their charges but while we go there they ignore online payment. we had to pay them in offline mood again. but while at the time of departure while I have asked them to give us receipt they do not give us receipt.

It was a horrible experience s my appointment was canceled staff said that they have no such booking did not get my refund too. Had to arrange other near by hotel. Be cautious while booking
