the room is decent. location is great. its less than 1kms from Karunamoyee metro and you can easily get rapido bike if you are solo traveller. the caretakers are generally helpful. didn't try the food though so can't comment on that

Undemainted rooms and very unprofessional behavioural.

Moderate size room. Floor is full of dust. Bathroom is not well maintained. Ac was working fine though but kind kf old generation. Light were not sufficient. Room aren't properly ready even though i informed them one hour before arrival. They want me to wait some times as their guests wasn't left by that time. I don't know what does that mean. Check out time is 10 and at the 3 pm there is still guests?! They even said me to leave at earliest in the morning because some guests are waiting!? I don't know what they are doing. They didn't kept my document. They are doing some others sorts of business i guess. Very nice irritating. My rate is (1 out of 5 very very poor)
