Floor service not cleaning on a daily basis, water issue... full day...

Location of the hotel itself confusing and moreover room hygiene is worst .. there is no proper service at all ...pls remove this hotel from your app other wise make my trip image will go down

Location wise it's good but facilities like bedsheets and pillow cover are not properly washed and have stains on it

The name of the hotel is different and no proper management. Kids were taking care of the entire hotel.

Property is not neat at all, horrible experience

The stay was worth it! Clean rooms with good staff, and the view was amazing from the balcony. Highly recommended.

We won’t get minimum drinking water, cleaning is ok ok. When i stayed the balcony is there but there is full garbage. Fan is making a loud noise. Even to have food requested the plate for that asked multiple times then they have given.

Statying experience is good, rooms are clean but tv was not working, even in bathroom no handwash no soap, after inform also they didn't get me soap. I went outside and bought a soap.
