No safety issues. Location is most important. 50 metres from old airport road. Manipal hospital at walking distance. Market nearby. Veg and non veg restaurant just below this building. Medicine shop by the side. Fl shop at 100 meters. What do you need anymore?

groupI booked room with complementary breakfast. But hotel doesn't has any facility for complementary breakfast it's only paid. Also there is no wifi available at the hotel, it was also mentioned. Faced problem as i had to get some work done.

1. Breakfast not given though, it was booked 2. No wifi 3. Dish tv not working, deactivated due to non payment. 4. Walls are soaking. 5. Rain water coming in side the room 6. lots of cockroaches lot more.

Location is best, all types of shops available in the location. Walk able distance to bus stops and shopping malls. Staffs were kind and cooperative. Only problem is rooms are little bit small. Overall a nice hotel at this price. Thank you.
