Ranjit Residence at Salt Lake Sector V

The room was okayish but there were small cockroaches roaming around...

Room is small & average rating and good for budget stay location is not good , bed cover and pillow cover should be replaced by new , TV not workable .Air-conditioning is excellent , Bathroom is good , Bicket and Mug is very old need to change , Towel was clean Hotel staff is good but need more staff . I had stayed one night . But above changes require for more stay .

The room i stayed in was nice, cozy, and comfortable. The host was welcoming and accommodating.

Worst experience. They do-not provide basic necessities and also the environment nearby is very loud.

Any one who want to stay within salt lake area best place to stay in the hotel . All the IT hubs and Bank hq are in walking distance. Staff are prompt response and well behaved also affordable price to stay in metro.

Good hotel. very clean and well maintained. Even staffs behaviour was very good and very cooperative. I really liked staying here. The location is little inside and not so easy to spot but that's a plus point as there is no disturbance/noise.

Rooms are fine but few basic things are missing. 1. Lift is not available for guests. Only owner himself uses it. So if you can't climb stairs then it's not for you. 2. When we checked in, they didn't provide any soap or other basic things. After multiple calls they finally provide the soap at 10 pm. But when asked for goodnight mosquito liquid then said it's not there in there stock. 3. Room service is really late. Even if you ordered for food from their partner restaurants, it will take so much time to reach. It's better to ordered at zomato.

The room is okay but the tv is not working. Room services are not too good. The location is good. According to me i give 3 star rating

Ac was not working properly rotten smell was coming from the room bathroom was not clean bed was hard no comfortable tot-tally wastage of money i will prefer no1 about the hotel. No pics

It's located in a place where transportation is a issue cars can't come in easily. It's slightly in a shady area. And could be a struggle to reach at night. But rooms are serviceable and washroom were cleaned

We had more than 1 issue. 1. While we checked out we informed them we will check out 3. 30 am. So we took luggage and went to reception area after handling over key. We said we will take some time as waiting for cab. He would never let me wait. Saying once check out we cannot sit. Middle of night we can't go and wait outside. I said there is a female with me. He said he is not my night guard. Threw us away. He said we can complain it never matters to him. Worst customer care.

Staff coordination was very good. Wash room need to be more clean. Room was to be more clean. Tv was there but there was no channel for lack of recharge.
