Pathetic service! Morning tea not available in hotel. You are asked to go to a nearby small hotel to have tea. You have to ask for water bottle ( the boy said they are not complimentary). Complimentary breakfast only available after nearby small hotel opens. Bathroom horrible. Flush doesn’t work. Phone doesn’t work. Shabby place!!

Yes the receptionist is well behaved. He tends to help the visitors to his best extent.
