Worst staff and worst behaviour they are not responding for coustomers not providing water bottles ac is not working overall it's a very best experience, I'd rate below 1*

The hotel was in prime location but service is not good. First they provide me room with full of bed bugs. In the middle of the night I called them regarding bed bugs and asked them to change the room but they simple said that rooms are not available. They simply spray something which is very powerful and asked me to sleep on the same bed again. Then I took my phone to call the room boy calls the reception and asked to change my room. Then they change my room to the top floor. No one was staying there. As a single girl I feared a lot to stay there. Worst hotel and worst experience

This hotel is an excellent choice for family reunions, providing ample space and a welcoming environment.

Staff smiled and made us feel welcome always. Room was clean and had what we needed. Happy we picked this place for our stay.

Nice furniture and good staff, in this hotel they provide good atmosphere, and in this we will enjoy our private time

The room was very poor,smell in the room is also not good ,staff was also very rude at the reception,I totally don’t suggest for couple .There are no minimum amenities in the room as well bathroom
