- Reception Staff not Properly Response on said issues - Room No properly Cleaned - Chair in Room Have two Wheel missing not for use - Not provide tooth & Bath Kits - Staff are not Cooperating Even issue is genuine - My Room have TV But Channels are not activated so unusual channel are showing and also reported same but not immediately resolved - Hotel Not Own Restaurant Restaurant - Not preferred hotel with family stay - Room Service not on time - Shower not properly Work & Also Low water pressure for hot water

Very Good rooms. Excelent service. Room is very neat and clean. New construction so pleasent atmosphere in the room.

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our time here. Special mention to Prashant, who took such good care of the room he was polite and attentive. It’s always nice to meet staff who put genuine effort into their work. "There was no electricity at night. I had to remind them multiple times to provide drinking water. The fan switch was faulty, and the AC wasn't working properly - it made a sound every 5 minutes. Additionally, there was a water leak in the washroom. I spent 4 days there but was unhappy with the service. They also came to check the room at 1:00 am, which was unnecessary and disrupted my sleep. It was quite frustrating."

There was no electricity ⚡️ at night. And Have to tell them more and more times for drinking water, there was problem with fan switch, Ac was not working properly it makes sound in every 5 minutes, and water licking in washroom. I spent 4 days there but not happy with the service and also they came at 1:00 am to check the room. I don’t know why. Such a shame, I was in deep sleep at that night.

Booked a room for 3 people, got very small room with extra mattress just lying on the floor blocking the way to washroom.

Location is good within a walking distance from Secunderabad Railway station. The street to the hotel is a mud road and became marshy due to rains. The room I stayed in isn't well maintained and had not so pleasant smell. I had to use room freshner multiple times.

Bed sheet is not clean, after request also not change in bed sheet, room is not hygienic. Behavior of hotel staff is un professional. Drinking water also not provide. Horrible experiences. Amenities are horrible, unclean. Service: they ask trips for any Services.
