My elderly parents arrived at 11 PM after a long journey, only to be refused check-in unless they paid extra money. especially towards senior citizens at such a late hour. No guest should face such treatment.

I have visited the property to check in. But the staff have denied my entry and started asking for extra money. I was along with my girlfriend and she we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes trying to connect to fab hotel’s customer support they haven’t responded properly. It was the really worst experience ever i’d never book this property every again

Fabhotel dream connect is really good. Value for money. Clean bedsheet and blanket, effective toilets, working geyser, free water. Near to restaurants, walking distance to the main bus stop.

Nice stay but no availability of kitchen service, hygiene is good, location also easy to find, staff are also fine, it would be excellent if they are able to provide food catering services at hotel it self.
