Horrible experience ! They charged for AC and provided non AC rooms . Power cut for 6 hours in total …generator not working condition …no water

not satisfied, room not much clean, no foot towel in front of bathroom, mirror is broken, power plug point broken.

Very bad room with no proper facilities available there was no hot water and very bad smell in the room and room was not clean and full of cockroaches and mosquitos. The reception guy tried to give review by without my consent by asking me to give my mobile for checking hotel booking confirmation. Very bad stay horrible experience

Hotel has full of cockroach specificly classic rooms. In mmt it shows ac rooms but there hotel owner was confused why this price showing on mmt as it is non ac price. Not a family hotel

That provided room hot water is not available in washroom and a/c was not working properly and cupbord is not clean.

price is less and accomdation is good i didnot taste the food localty is also good and near the bus transport also

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite paying the full amount through the app, the receptionist demanded extra money upon arrival, which was completely unreasonable. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but the receptionist rudely informed me that breakfast was not included. To make matters worse, he confiscated the ac and tv remotes, making our stay very uncomfortable. The staff's behavior was terrible, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Very rude person at the reception. Very dirty room and balcony. They didn't even provide water. It has an almirah in the room but it was broken and out of access.

My hotel room was included break fast but hotel owner denied to give breakfcheast make my trip have help me and refund my break fast amount as soon as possible

Bedsheets are not changed after someone's use. I have seen a condom in the hole of the wall. Horrible experience
