GIS Legacy was really a Good Place to stay, Food was good and o found location on Google with highest rating… Services were also good but i had a small Room.. May be next time I need to book for Business Executive Rooms I Guess… Overall Best Place to stay

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel GIS Legacy! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great location with easy access to key spots in the city. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

This place is horrible. Rooms stink, cockroaches in the room and toilet, no service at all, breakfast is a farce. How can you promote such property?

It was terrible experience in terms of Room, Food, Restaurant staff & Committed Opening time for Complimentary breakfast vrs actual Working condition, Absenteeism of Chef in Restaurant, Behaviour of Reception staff during checkout etc

In the room, there is a fun button that is not available, the washroom lock is not working, cockroach 🪳 running in the room.

Overall The stay was quite good. The Employees and other staff of the hotel was polite and helpful . The room , washroom and lobby overall was very clean and well maintained . When it comes to food they got restaurant which serves amazing healthy food it felt like homemade food ( budget friendly) or you can either order from outside . only drawback was you don't get any views from the room

The location is good but the room is not clean very much and beds are not clean

Food not good. Only breakfast available. For lunch and dinner i was told chef on leave. Location ok. Reception desk person was not aware that restaurant was not functioning

I enjoyed the stay but some windows couldn't be closed and mosquitoes were everywhere. Otherwise ok.

Great stay at the hotel

Even after taking extra money, there are nothing in breakfast which you can eat or kids can eat. Everything finished when you went for breakfast even if you are within given time limit. Rooms are good but they didn't provide the best rooms after you given money for the best rooms. Every-time there excuse is 'not available. Ac not working properly l, t. V is not working. Everything you want, you need to call them and they will fix, after that you can use. Even tea bags and toiletries are not provided sufficient. You have to ask for that also everytime. Not liked the stay.

Hotel was good for my family trip i stayed for 4 days and service was average to good that i can say. All the sight seeing places are near by.

Very reachable. Nearby restaurants and hospitals. Bed size was small as per the requirement and details provided. Tv and geyser was not working for 2 days. Staff behaviour was good.

In all respect i will not recommend this hotel for stay. From reception to final billing horrible experience. Non capable stuff. Dirty room. Delayed tea, delayed breakfast. Very very babu experience.

The hotel room was not ready before check in the told us to wait and they also charged 500 for extra bed although i showed them it is included in my booking

Comfortable stay and the Receptionist Anji was nice and made a comfortable zone for me I will visit again

Given delux room while booking done was executive room no housekeeping or cleaning of room breakfast quality not good
