Poor and not advisable to stay

Not a executive rooms

In rooms Tea kettle was kept but no tea bags, milk, Sugar, coffee pouches kept. In Executive rooms for 2 guests only single Towle given. No bathroom accessories like shampoo ,body wash, shaving kit. Ac and fans are not working properly.

Our stay was not good in hotel eagle grand hyderabad.outside the room is clean but inside the room all places corners tables are uncleaned.and they don't provide kettle and tea packets in one room .our father is very old he can't sleep in foam mattress .ask for hard mattress which can lay down in floor but they ask 800 rs extra for this.so we denied..mattress should be free for senior citizen ..very poor stay.

Too small and bad ergonomics

familyRooms are too small. I was in suite room. So u can imagine. Bathroom is smallest in world. If sit for potty might hit the sink. If bend down for bucket will hit the sink with your head. Geyser not working. Can was just above head like squid games. There is a entire pillar occupying the room. Bed was too small to accommodate my kid after 2 of us. Blankets are torn though clean. The fixtures are so bad in quality that every board coming out of socket and none of the switches are working. Dinning area was too small to sit. After thought of a corridor. But breakfast was tasty along with the tea.

Checkin experience was not good. I have to wait for 25 minutes to get my room on 7th august approximately 10 pm. Apart from checkin everything was good, breakfast was good but i think daily menu is same bcoz i get the same food for 3 days. Room experience was nice everything was perfect including ac, tb, bed.
