Hotel O Lime Tree

There is no response from the property, trying to catch up to find out the location. But finding the hotel is difficult. Complaint to customer care no use. Finally went another hotel for stay. Bad and terrific experience.

It's worst hotel, they had objected me to checkin at hotel with booking tariff and collected extra rs 530 then allotted to check in its class 4 hotel not fit to stay even single minute. I had tried customer care but nobody replied for me.

My experience is very poor with this stay. No arrangement of complimentary water, no proper extra bed (despite being room booked for 3 people, interior was very poor and old, windows were not safe and secure, staff was not co-operative. Overall it was a very poor experience

Bad experience in my life this type of hotel staffs cant see anymore, online booking 3 beds in a room but hotel staffs proving 2 beds, blanket not giving, towels not giving, hotel staff rudely talking, whasroom is not good (water flush not working) hot water not coming, so many issues here next time this type of experience i see after I will complaint in a court.

worst🚫 guys don't book this hotel bcz these guys are using different hotel pictures. cleanness - 0 staff behavior- 0 amenities- 0 bedbugs on bed and water is leaking on AC finally don't waste your money by booking this hotel room

First of all i have checked earlier than time. They charged me that's ok ! then they provide me a room ! the room doesn't have any door key and in the washroom the toilet flush is not there! bed has bedbugs! room is full of cockroach! they're not cleaning the room until you go to reception and tell.

The staff made our stay very good. The room was cozy.

Useless room room is not good tv not working in washroom flush not working. I didn't face this experience before with makemytrip. Totally dissapointed need my amount back

I had pre-booked the room with full payment made well in advance. But on arrival at the hotel, the front office person said the rooms are full. When i questioned him about how this is possible when a prepaid booking has been done, he said we can't honor makemytrip. The bright side is makemytrip immediately contacted me and made a full refund.

I have booked through the app and after going to hotel, they are saying that the money i paid in app is not enough. After i agreed to pay extra apart from my booking fee, then they allotted the room

First the hotel is not good at all. No cleanliness, cockroaches everywhere, and smells very bad. They will never accept booking. So don’t book if you still want to go.
