Location was not good and I could not easily find the property though I followed Google Maps. Also I could not find property's phone number on Google. Not even basic toiletries like soap, toothpaste kept in the bathroom. Bedsheets has stains visible. AC not working properly. Reception or front desk is not professional. Had to explicitly ask about breakfast being included. And even after that breakfast was below average with just one item to choose from two options.

This is one of the worst stays I have been to. 1) The name of Hotel is Bangalore Inn (Mentioned as Collextion O on Hotel booking platforms) 2) Drinking water was charged to us which was supposed to be a basic amenity 3) The room looks nowhere close to as is shown in photos 5) No toiletries (Soap,Handwash) available 6) Dirty linen (Bedsheet / blanket had bubbles which was itching badly to the body) 7) Air Conditioner was on, but not throwing air at all (It was almost equal to No AC ) and felt too hot inside room. Had to manage with Fan 8) The room floor was dirty & not clean at all This is nowhere close to even a 1 star hotel, will not recommend & not even think of visiting this hotel for stay
