Review Of Pincode by Yatrinivas

The place is not what the pictures show on MakeMyTrip. Rooms are poorly maintained, A/c controls are broken, bathroom locks do not work, they don't provide a decent hand towel in the bathroom. We had to call maintenance person twice to get A/c working in our two rooms. it was a real let-down, compared to the beautiful pics they showed on MakeMyTrip site.

It's amazing feeling in the hotel and food alao very good service boys also very nice

Firstly, name of the hotel itself was incorrect, it's called Pincode and not Yatri Nivas anymore. MMT needs to update this. Drainage smell in bathroom. Music in hotel was too loud. Food was average.

Good atmosphere and cleaning is also good. Food quality is superb.

The name of Hotel is changed now, it’s Pincode by Yatra Nivas. The hotel was clean, the staff was supportive. It’s in the centre of the Hyderabad, so most of the site visits are close. Bus stop for Raomoji’s pick up bus is very close to this hotel. Paradise metro station is exactly infront of the hotel. Overall stay was good and you can definitely try this hotel for stay. Taste of Complementary breakfast was also good and it had two three varieties. However, if you plan to stay for 3 to 4 days, be ready for same breakfast everyday. Only one small concern we observed is that vessels used for complementary breakfast was a little bit unhygienic. If they could improve it, bingo. it was overall good experience.

Wonderful hotel, very centrally located . Also there are 2 restaurants and 1 banquet hall also in the same premises

The name was different and the actual property name was different .The room was not good and food was okay.

I was on purpose given room 208 where they already knew it smells badly like stench of urine and toilet and only when I seriously complained they changed by room to 201. I challenge the owner to make his own family stay in that smelly room for 2 hours or confess they are out to fool guests. the front desk lady who served me seemed very polite, professional but they other men there were busy on mobile and when I asked for a safe place to park bike the blunt answer was check with security we don't know. if I were the owner I would release them of their jobs. in room 201 as well I saw cockroaches. I will never book here again. the room maintenance guy said this smells because kitchen is cleaned and that smell will go away in few hours. don't take your guests as fools. your luxury soap is a cheap roadside product. ur toiletries as well cheap quality. also have a staff ready to help switch in room or spend few rupees n put a sign that says where the main switch is in the dark room. the security guy was good to allow me to park jn a safe spot. while stuffling for the light system in room, the floor person was good to notice n helped me out with details. and if ur hotel still gives out room 208 with that urine and toilet stench then shame in this hotel.

Low hospitality. Glass doors open beside the lift in 3rd floor. Very dangerous of any kids roaming around there.

Location is good, Food and services are good. The Room is clean however rundown. The furniture is in poor condition with Ac control hanging from the ceiling on a wire. The lighting is poor and room dim light with no clear window for natural light to enter.

Good hotel, in a very nice location. Paradise biriyani and metro are nearby. chutneys is nearby, ttdc office is just outside. 4 resturants in the premises. Great place for commute as ola rapido and uber easily accessible. Railway staion just 5 mins by car

An old property,with all it's charm, wonderfully renovated, to catch with times. Ample parking, good restaurants & a lovely paan shop. Generally good people out there, took an effort to elicit a smile from the guys at the reception.

This hotel is in secunderabad and is old enough and not properly maintained, few things doesn’t work properly example ac remote was not working, washroom had moles as exhaust fan also doesn’t works properly, lights are very less so room was in dark. Hotel’s staff is not cooperative, i initially made payment for 3 adults accommodation for 3 days due to some reason 1 person couldn’t make so we asked for refund but they denied to give refunds. Hotel’s service and rooms are not per high rate charged. It’s an average hotel and overall average service with high prices.

The hotel service was a little bit laid back, the complementary breakfast was good but found cockroaches inside the toaster.

Un cooperative front office staff. Doesn’t have even 0% patience to listen to customer. Non customer friendly
