Booking through Make My trio was excellent experience. Based on the online booking, check in process was smooth. Room, stay & food at Ebony Boutique Hotel was excellent. I can recommend this Hotel in future to anyone without hesitation.

The atmosphere is okay there is no central ac in that room and there are more windows which is a little bit discomfort.

The property was located in the banjara hills which is having a good connectivity, the complementary breakfast was good and decent, the rooms were near and clean, the hotel values their guest and they offered early check-in upon request. overall a good experience and value for money.

People are friendly, room has the basics, no room safe, only one worn out towel, stains on the bed sheets, horrible breakfast that lacks any hygiene standard. As a quick sleepover it was still ok for the rate and the location of the hotel. But will not repeat my stay here.

The person at the reception was extremely non supportive towards any help of the guest. Bad experience.

The location is very good, quiet and hidden from the main road. For an exercise enthusiast there is a jogger's track just across the road. The food especially the complementary breakfast are excellent and above all very hygienic. The staff are well trained and well behaved. As you'd expect, all amenities for this class of hotel are available in this hotel. The facility is neet and tidy.
