Very good stay , front office people were excellent. The restaurant staff were also great. Nice stay. I have found the cable connections not working and tea makers not working. However house keeping people put everything in place quickly.

Terrible experience.. they promised me refund.. but later denied it. Reception and hospitality is poor.

The room had problem with the fan and the hotel staff was informed to correct it. Even after that the same was not done. Spent two sleepless nights.

Good hotel just they should have breakfast included as the room tariff is pretty steep. Decent rooms and good room service.

The rooms are neat and clean. With minimal disturbance. I had an issue with the room and the staff promptly shifted me the other day to another room without much ado. Lazeez restaurant is really lazeez. Good pricing and decent place. They allow outside food also and i loved it. Happy and highly recommend.

I liked it it was nice and to the point lovely welcome drinks nice room lovely shower nice team accommodating loved the location it had good restaurants around and bus and rickshaw service too it was in the middle of the city so near to everything needed may all-ah bless u with more success

I booked my breakfast but they denied stating it go through had to pay extra 1200 plus no proper room service food is bad

Food v did not try, only break fast on first day and it was ok. Property location is at center of secundeabad and good place. Amenities all was ok. Services wise, staffs were well mannered and supportive and wifi was not available at nights. Wifi works for few hours and goes off. Business work cannot be done with out wifi. Rest all ok.

Recently we had a very bad experience at this hotel. We booked an executive room and they allotted a room that is worst than a sub standard room and it is smelling awful. The staff there are not good. Being in a hospitality business these people don't have minimum qualities that satisfy customers. All in all we had a bad experience. I strong recommend not to stay
