Hotel O Ssr Luxury Rooms

I arrived at 10 o’clock at their hotel , their hotel is rooms are empty that time , even then they didn’t allow early entry , even they took documents and entry after 12 o’clock , room are tiny , they shown table and chair for work , but they given plastic chair , washroom is also smelly and broken fauset

It was good enough to get the accomodation for my company and I enjoyed the most of it and I'll be in future for the same but wifi is not accessible there

At first when i went to stay with my male friend i don't know why but he was suspicious about me. At first while check-in he said rooms are not available and then asked me to sit and then after 15 minutes he allotted me room then i went out then at night i came back to hotel for sleeping but at night till 12am the bed bugs were biting me then i complained they gave me another room but still the issue was same my sleep was not completed this stay is not worth staying no cleanliness

Rooms were bad and stinky, not clean and the bed sheets and pillow covers were out-rightly dirty.

initially hotel manager asks extra 500 rs and after connecting to executive hotel manager shows a worst room and says if you want to stay this is the only one and he is very rude It's so pathetic experience

Pols call me, they are demanding more money and no services, no facility. They don't know how to behave customers also, first they are rejected and told no booking is done, later on they told pay additional another 800 rs as room. Charge is 1800, why this type of miscommunication, hope make my trip is not able to understand the customer issues. This is the second instance where the worst service from. Make my trip still my funds not yet credited on 15 th may journey from bhanjanagar to sambalpur and don't bothered also to call customer and understand the issue

Pathetic, they have charged 2000 rs more after getting booking confirmation. They first denied no rooms & later demanded 2000 rs i need the refund of 2000 to my account as we had to go through such an ordeal time in the night with family. Not done.
