Well maintained rooms neat and clean with good ambiance. Wifi and all other facilities were great. Staff is very supportive and polite.

It was ok stay with good room. But seevice is just ok and should improve. Smelly corridors with rats smell and bad odours.

Worst experience. Hotel charge was 4k per day, and service was of 1star hotel. Bathroom accesories, basic flush was broken. Water bottle not available even after reminding. No service provided while checking out with bags.

Rooms are average, pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. Verbally the reception person says 24 hrs check in and check out, however when i asked about written policy he can’t produce any paper. Based on this he wants me to checkout in morning 6. 00 o’clock. Not even ready to wait for 1 hr, that’s ridicules.
