I recently stayed at Click Hotel Shamshabad near Hyderabad Airport as we visited Ramoji and plan was to travel to Srisailam on that day and had a pleasant experience overall. Rooms: The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment after travel. Bathrooms: Very well maintained and clean, which added to the overall comfort. Restaurant: The in-house restaurant served good food and provided a satisfying dining experience. Service: Despite the hotel management being relatively new, the service was excellent—prompt, courteous, and attentive. Breakfast: Morning breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the available choices were adequate and of good quality. Parking: The parking facility could be improved, as it wasn’t very well organized. Overall, it’s a promising property with great service and comfortable amenities. With a few improvements, especially in parking and breakfast variety, it can become a top choice for travelers near the airport.

The booking made by you was through an online platform handled by Make My Trip, which is not managed by us directly. Since your booking included breakfast, kindly note that once a reservation is made through any online travel agent, the hotel does not have the option or rights to modify the booking. However, if the reservation had been made directly through our website, we would have had the provision to make changes. Still, during check-in, when you requested a modification, our team clearly informed you that the change could not be done from our side. They also offered you the option to pay additional charges to convert the meal plan from CP to MAP, which you did not accept. Regarding your request for a twin-bedded room, please note that while booking through online travel agents, guests only get to see the room category (e.g., Premium Room) but not specific details like twin beds or king-size beds, unless a special request is mentioned. Since your booking was for a Premium Room category, and our team understood it was for a family, they allocated a king-size bedroom for you. Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, all twin-bedded rooms were occupied. Our team had informed you that they could shift you to a twin-bedded room later in the day once one became available. They had also requested you to inform them if you were uncomfortable so they could assist accordingly. However, as the guests in the twin-bedded rooms did not check out, my team was unable to shift you. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and hope you can understand the situation. Location not great. Even the address they mentioned taken to wrong place. I felt alone, I could not see even single guest other than me. I do not suggest to stay with family ..it’s ok or can stay if you staying alone because inside room one what good
