The guy at the reception was so rude. Rooms were so ugly . We slept on the room floor the whole night. I couldn't even describe the condition of beds at there, horrible , springs were bouncing out . AC s were not working. I don't even know why I've paid a whole lot of amount for this horrible stay .

Worst experience. Rooms are not hygienic. They took deposit amout of Rs. 500 even after booking from MMT. The receptionist doesn't even have common sense of how to behave with customer. Speaks rude. He is like ' If you want u can stay or else leave. A/c was not working. I asked to check once but they said "This is the only room available & can't help".

The cultural experience at (Hotel lotus grand ) left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

room staying and food and service excellent but some point very bad because I allready add my plan make my trip breakfast ,lunch/ dinner but not provided lunch / dinner. reception staff not provided make my trip throw dinner/lunch .I allready add my plan breakfast ,lunch/dinner. reception staff say not attached your plan.

Booked with option for Bfast and diner by paying extra. Hotel denied . I did not understand the logic behind it. Stay can be booked but not the option for Bfast and dinner even if paid extra.So refund received for extra amount paid. But I booked it for my friends and didn't look good that I have to say excuse to them.

Overall it is good... food and location, facilities. The staff is also very good and they are very respectable to the customers..

Hotel lotus grand is reachable from the railway station and the hotel is good and price is also reasonable. And thanks to makemytrip to helping me to such type of hotel. I don't have a photos

I have booked hotel but the person at reception was misbehaving I have booked classic room but he provided me a normal avg room. He was not behaving in a good manner

Nice hotel to stay, polite behavior of reception and staff. The ambiance was great.

Service of the hotel is terrible. They made me feel as unwarranted guest. Allotted a room which was not booked by me and has no ventilation, no window and a timer was fixed with the ac which tends to switch off automatically in every 5 minutes. As i have booked i think they have behaved like that.

Good location, near secunderabad railway station and metro station. Good rooms as per rates are concerned.
