I booked a deluxe room for 2 days, but they gave me a single room instead and claimed it was the deluxe room I had booked. When I said, “This isn’t the room I booked, this is a single room,” they argued with me. The next day, they finally gave me the actual deluxe room, and there was a huge difference between the room I stayed in on the first day and the one on the second day.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. The TV was not working, which added to the frustration. Most importantly, there was no facility for a simple cup of tea – something basic that any hotel should provide. Definitely not worth the stay
