Overhyped Hotel with lack of facilities

I booked this hotel by seeing the reviews, but it’s not at all good for business travelers. Rooms are pathetic with cockroaches, poor room service and infact no restaurant facilities. Extremely poor..

it is a third class hotel. the water smells. no toiletries are provided. one towel was provided for 2 people . the phone in the room was broken so couldn't even order water which was not provided as well . don't stay here spend 3-400 hundred more and stay somewhere else.

Terrible Stay

It was my worst experience as there was no basic amenity that is electricity for half a day. The main reason I booked this hotel was for giving an interview, but I was unable to attend it due to no power supply. Property owner said that this happens in the area every Thursday where there will be no power supply. But how can a customer know that these problems are there. I have to climb 3 floors by stairs instead of lift. Also, I had a visitor for some time for which they were asking for additional charges. Water was not there which comes under mandatory needs.
