bed bucks, no toilet tissues, no room telephone services, no towel replacement... tipical kanjus managment Bed bucks full of my bed, two rooms 4 bed spread we changed to sleep peaceful

Excellent Stay
Staff is very good. Room was clean and hygienic. Food was delicious. Best in the budget I would say.

Average Stay
Location is nearby Airport and food quality is excellent but services need to be improved. Property need to be maintained since it is old construction and the bathrooms are not well. Maintained location is very good. Food quality is very good and the services of the hotel is required to be improved. Overall good stay.

Location is next to a railway track & drainage.. poor location.. property is not worth the amount charged..

Terrible Experience – Misleading Information and Unprofessional Staff
I had a very disappointing experience with Hotel Oak. Before making my booking, I clearly informed the hotel staff over the phone that I would be checking in at 6 PM and checking out the next day at 7 PM, with a request for a 2-hour late check-out. I was told that a standard late check-out fee of ₹1000 would apply, and after some discussion, they assured me it was okay to proceed with the booking and that the request was acceptable. However, during check-out, the hotel completely backtracked and forced me to pay for two full days, despite the clear communication made in advance. The staff was unwilling to acknowledge our previous discussion, showed no courtesy, and handled the situation very poorly. Out of frustration, I decided to stay until 9 PM since I was made to pay for two days anyway — but this entire experience was highly unprofessional and upsetting, especially just before our flight. This kind of miscommunication and treatment is unacceptable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here for two days , the room was ok and well maintained, the cleaning staff does good work to maintain rooms clean. Only back draw was the sink jams water and emits bad smell and there is no proper ventilation for the room. Apart from both drawbacks it is good enough. Even the food is also good.

Pathetic service and facilities
The property is not clean as per photographs and staff doesn’t know anything about hospitality. Not worth for the amount paying. Also there was mosquitoes inside the rooms. Overall it’s a very bad experience
