The staff was decent, but the room was absolutely disgusting. The blanket, bedsheet, and even the pillows had huge dirty stains all over them. Everything smelled awful. I can’t believe how irresponsible the management is to allot such a filthy, unhygienic room to anyone, especially to a female guest. I had to stay there only because my family member was admitted to the hospital, otherwise I would have never stayed here. This was honestly the worst and most uncomfortable experience ever. hotel is good location is near to metro station good staff please come with family and friends also

Rooms are very bad. AC, WiFi, TV, Hot water, bath room unclean and bedsheets these are all not there.

Property check-in denied at first saying rooms not available as I booked in MakeMyTrip and then after contacting MakeMyTrip customer support then the room came to availability magically. The service is worst

It’s Completely Looting Customer Money..I booked room for 3 days unfortunately unable to check in... I asked them to cancel the remaining days.. Hotel didn’t agree for the same and would have enjoyed double profit in the room. Even MMT was also unable to resolve the issue

No staff, no assistance, water glass or toiletries available, no kitchen. just a lodge, for towel made a call 10 tomes

Room was dirty, lights were flickering, toilet door was broken. And they didn't have any toiletries despite it being mentioned prior to booking. The room smelt of cigarettes, had to ask for room freshener. The shower tap was not working either. Had to use bucket only for baths.
