Not even a water bottle served. Bed sheets are even worse and they were hesitant to change them even.

I am extremely disappointed with the hotel room I booked through your platform. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the room was not as expected. Despite requesting a double bed, I was given a room with separate beds. The bed sheets were stained and in poor condition. The washroom was unclean, and there was no suitable workspace. Given the unacceptable state of the room, I decided to cut my stay short and left the room within 10 minutes of checking in. I request immediate attention to this matter, and I expect a refund or a suitable alternative arrangement. Very bad staff . They have asked extra for early check. I have mentioned early check in and tiffin from outside

location was good but the hotel service was very poor and the hygiene was really bad washroom was in bad condition .

Room space not at par as mentioned as 140 sqft. Hand shower for latrine use was not working. No hanger to keep used clothes. No chair for sitting , it may be due to short of space. No canteen service available.

Bathroom amenities were not up to the mark. Overall it's average. Light switches were not functioning properly.

The ambience and cleanliness of room and bathroom was not good. There were cockroaches seen in the room. Cleanliness of bathroom was horrible. Variety in breakfast was limited and if breakfast is required more than once then it was chargeable. Further, there was no bottled water provided in room.

Stay was average. Staff behaviour is good but rooms still can be well cleaned or maintained. The lobby reception and parking everything was good.

The location of the property is well accessible. But the property is very badly maintained with no proper customer experience. There are no complimentary water bottles in rooms and they charge you for every single bottle. In the bookings you can find there is free complementary breakfast, but they don't serve the breakfast.
