I had booked this hotel through MMT, and while our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, the real trouble began during check-out. At that time, the hotel staff outright refused to provide us with a proper bill. When we asked for it, they rudely told us to get the bill from MMT and even said things like, “Complain to whoever you want” and “Do whatever you can,” in a very threatening and disrespectful manner. It was a very harassing and unpleasant experience. After around 15–20 minutes of argument, they finally sent us a bill online, but it lacked any official signature or stamp from the hotel or its management. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on both the hotel and the platform it was booked through.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience staying at Hotel Atlas Stay in Hyderabad, and I strongly urge others to avoid it if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. First and foremost, the information provided on MakeMyTrip (MMT) is highly misleading and incorrect. MMT has rated this hotel as a 3-star property, but in reality, it does not even meet basic 1-star standards. The facilities are poor, hygiene is questionable, and the entire experience felt like a total waste of money. Despite being promised a complimentary late checkout through MMT, the hotel staff forced me to check out early, showing complete disregard for the promised service. Even MMT failed to intervene or fulfill their commitment, which was deeply disappointing. I have also attached some photos of the hotel to show the actual condition, which is far from what is advertised. MMT seriously needs to improve its verification process before listing properties, as such misleading listings tarnish customer trust and lead to distressing travel experiences. Please, if you value your comfort and peace of mind, do not even consider booking this hotel.

Tv was not available when we went in the room and after informing them they came to fix it , then there is no table available to keep the things on it, the room was not upto the mark and no handwash in the bathroom. Few things need to upgraded

Everything is good also location was nice food is on doorstep but cleaning is not there yet except cleaning everything is awesome and good in this place also TV AC is working fine and good quality.

Excellent location close to DLF IT Park, Gachibowli and all eateries room is big, bathroom is big AC was working fine. Great value for money.

No facilities in room or in hotel. Lift extremely small and noisy. No water bottles, no tea coffee maker. There was no cupboard to keep clothes.

Stay was comfortable, staff is nice and well connectivity to property. Nice view of garden and track

Toiletries were not provided. The boys in the reception were not very warm and welcoming. No mirror in the room. The table below the tv was shaking. The toilet had a lot of stains, hot and cold faucet misguided. Care should be given for more cleanliness in the toilet.

Room is average, staff behavior was good but the overall its jast a average stay.
