Rooms: The rooms are spacious though not hi tech and new. it's sufficient and clean. Room Service: Quick and efficient. Helpdesk: Mr. Shrikant very humble and quick with requests breakfast: I can say good with multiple choices.

We had an amazing stay at The Plaza.The staff were very helpful.It lies in the center of city.The rooms are clean and tidy. Towels,beverages etc. are frequently changed. Receptionist in the hotel the plaza was not professionally behaving. The 3rd Floor reataurants staff was also has pathetic behavior while attending the customer. Don't know how to speak.

I booked this hotel at the last moment but to my surprise it turned out to be a very nice hotel in the heart of the city .The rooms were big and very nice The food was reasonable and good too .this hotel as gym and pool.i stayed for two days and really enjoyed my stay. Good place to stay in the centre of the city very clean And neat and beautiful property good service good food i really liked staying here .. would recommend others to stay if you want a nice experience.

Stay was good and comfortable. Cleanliness was there all around. Food was good. People were friendly and quite proactive. The only point where i was uncomfortable with, is the single room key for two persons. I was staying with my wife and every time i went out, i had to request the reception desk to give me the access to the floor. If the room is a double occupancy room, they should provide two keys.

Property location is excellent. Rooms are too good. Need some improvement in restaurent ambience is nice. Staff is good
