Poor Stay
The hot water wasn’t available, the staff were friendly, the basic necessities wasnt provided like hair dryer, hot water and the rooms werent that clean, especially the bathrooms, they looked someone used just before we checked in, when we asked for hair dryer they said its not available and apologised, but thats not the solution, they could have got it, the location was good, the facilities werent great, pricing was too high for that hotel and those rooms

Outstanding business stay
I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. The highlight was their exceptional boardroom facility, which came fully equipped with a high-quality projector and separate whiteboard - perfect for professional presentations and meetings. The catering service truly exceeded expectations. The restaurant provided delicious snacks with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring all dietary preferences were accommodated. The taste was absolutely awesome and added a wonderful touch to our business sessions. What really set this hotel apart was the genuinely friendly management team. Their attentive service and warm hospitality made the entire stay seamless and comfortable. They clearly understand the needs of business travelers and go above and beyond to deliver. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler looking for professional facilities combined with excellent service. Will definitely be returning for future business trips

Excellent family stay at lemon ridge hotels id-pl branch outstanding experience for families! i recently stayed at lemon ridge hotels id-pl branch with my family and had a wonderful time. The hotel truly understands what families need - the staff was incredibly accommodating with our children, and the facilities were perfectly suited for a family getaway. What impressed me most was the exceptional hygiene standards throughout the property. The food quality was outstanding - fresh, clean, and delicious. As a parent, i really appreciate when a hotel takes food safety and cleanliness seriously, and lemon ridge definitely delivers on this front. The children-friendly amenities made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. My kids were happy and entertained, which meant we could all relax and enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend lemon ridge hotels id-pl branch to other families looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay. We'll certainly be back!
