The stay was quite poor. There is no manager as such at the property, only a security guard who checks you in. That would not have been a problem if he was able to resolve issues. No sooner did the check in occur, the lights went out. There were no basic toiletries, no mineral water provided, even though all of the same The guard says that we are expecting 5* treatment when asked for providing water. The breakfast buffet was subpar. Turning on the shower led to half the room getting wet. The contact of the property does not pick the phone no matter what. Basic necessities are true even for a serviced apartment.

I booked this place and this is one of the worst and disgusting places. There is no power when I entered and no towels no phone and soaps which is very basic thing. the place which I booked is different and they gave me the different one.no power for almost Hours due to electrical issue. I don't suggest this place for anyone. I booked a king size bed and they gave 2 separate beds. don't waste your money and time..

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staffs and the manager Mr. Utkarsh were extremely polite and helpful throughout my visit made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable stay. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! 😊👍"
