There was no fan in the room..it was removed and kept in the kitchen...not a single mirror in the room where i could dress myself up...even in the bathroom...the mirror was like 1x1 size hardly could see anything...plus the shower was broken aswell...and no complimentary breakfast was given as it as written in the description

Very poor service… no one was at the reception to attend me… I had to stay in some other hotel

When i reached the reception, they said that they were not part and the booking was invalid. Then they forced me to pay extra, if i wanted to stay. The tv was not working and in spite of repeated request they did not fix it. They do not provide drinking water in the room. They do not have room service. They forced me to pay rs. 200 extra as the bed sheet was slightly soiled.

The booking was for 2 nights, however after reaching the hotel they said that the listing in mmt is at half the price and they asked to vacate after single night or pay double the price seen in mmt. What a waste.

I faced an terrible experience because my check in was not confirmed so that i have to search for a new accommodation which is so terrible. I hope you understood and look into it and arrange a money of refund

hotel stuff deny to checkin.asked for extra money. oyo call center told me to shift to other hotels .

The room was average only, the toilet was not up to the mark, no chairs or table, no toilet accessories, no hanger in the room and toilet, fan was making hell a lot of noise

The bedsheets were not clean. The guy who is in charge is very money minded. He charged more money.
