To get the location of the property, it took 4 calls to be made to OYO call centre, after that when I reached the property, it is by no means a hotel at all, it looks more like a garage for bikes repair. There is no lift to go up to the rooms. The hotel staff doesnot care when I asked how long will it take to get me keys, then they ask me to call the OYO call centre to add some complimentary thingy, I asked why you cant make the call no proper response to it. OYO call centre guys called the property they didnt answer. I was fed up as I booked it fof 4 hours stay only to catch my next bus, but at the end I had yo leave without staying and the OYO guys refused to refund also. I will never in my life book a hotel stay from your portal again.

Worst experience, not hygienic cockroaches around the room. Staff was not good, not polite. We made the payment by make my trip, after reaching they are not allowing for checkin. After calling customer care. to the hotel then only allowed for checkin. It took 30 mins of time. Bathroom was not at all good.

I found this property only and booked since it ratted as 4.2 . But the truth has not even validated the property's standards. The worst ever stay I had in my life. I booked this property for 3 nights and forced me to pay the full amount before the check-in and once after I checked in I found it's not suitable for family and the standard of the stay is too worst, very dark and the walls were literally in broken condition. It was like a "bhoot bangla". Immediately within 10-15 minutes after I checked in I have reached out support and they reached with the property and confirmed and accepted the bad standards of this property. The only solution they gave was the hotel will arrange the alternate room which I didn't accept since I have already checked all the rooms which is also not good and I asked to cancel the booking and refund my money. The support guy said that he will check with the team and get back. Meanwhile I checked-out immidiately from this hotel. Here comes the original face of the MakeMyTrip, they accepted the property's bad standards but won't return the money back. For just staying 20-30mins in this worst place they have stolen my money for all the 3 days I booked. Please don't ever book hotels through it. You won't get any support if you face any issues on your stay. I am not gonna blame the hotel, because it's completely to validate such hotel before they are attaching with. I trusted and their reviews but they have cheated me totally. I am sure see the down fall if they are providing the support like this with all. Be aware . They are frauds.
