it's one of my worst experience staying in the hostel. Bedsheets torn, pillows smelly and dirty with no ventilation on the washroom and bed

Customers are disappointed, Online mentioned amenities are not there.

Very worst for business travelers no geyser in bathroom no proper basic amenities provided, mainly no breakfast provided. Nothing there as they mentioned in booking details, totally a waste of money. Every night it's running as p* centre p* are coming and going

It was really bad stay for me. No geajar, dirty room, water issue, blood spot in blanket. Cockroach was roaming here and there. In booking i paid for breakfast but got surprise as hotel don’t have kitchen at all. Worst services.

Too dirty rooms, not hot water, mirror also don't have in this stay

Service is very bad, no breakfast given, specially room was very very bad

I reached around 2. 30 pm and the concerned staff told there is no ac room available. We will shift you to another place. They gave me the room at the same hotel after 1 hour. Then wi-fi was not working there. The bed sheets and pillow covers were all dirty. I asked them to change. They changed the bed sheet in the evening. Pillow covers were still not replaced. The property is not well maintained. There was so much casual behaviour towards the customer which i experienced. So i will not recommend people this place.

My stay at hotel are square, hyderabad, was a frustrating experience. Despite waiting for 2-3 hours, they failed to provide the invoice. Additionally, i was directed to another hotel with the same name and asked to pay an extra 500 rupees. This lack of professionalism and inconvenience tarnished my stay. Disappointing service and lack of transparency.

The ambience is very nice. Hospitality and services are heart touching. All the staff are well behaved

There is no drinking water, no Washed bedsheets and towels and pillows, There is not even a single chair available in reception while check in need to stand lot of time. it's not even worth of 500₹.
